Caryatid Properties Limited and Dermarr Properties Limited both of which are registered in Guernsey, Channel Islands have appointed Arabian Falcon Holidays (AFH) to be its exclusive sales and marketing agent for Royal Club’s resorts in Dubai.

In June 2003, Caryatid Properties Limited appointed AFH to market Dubai’s very first fractional ownership resort – the Royal Club Palm Jumeirah which consists of 50 shoreline apartments. The demand for the product surpassed all expectations with all available weeks purchased within three years of the initial launch.

In 2011, Dermarr Properties Limited has also appointed AFH to market Royal Club Bonnington Tower which consist of 30 furnished apartments. The units offer the epitome of chic sophistication in an unbeatable urban location, close to Dubai’s commercial district.
